Catagories

this part is about catagories, Catagories

are where you can make one and then

when someone searches for example,

Club Penguin, if your catagory matches

that then when someone searches that on

Google or Excite. When they come up,

you’ll end up getting way more hits.

so thats one way to get that.

TAGS

Tags, Does that bring back memories,

I remember finding out how to do tags.

Easy right? But have no clue? here is how:

When you are posting right undernieth the post

it says: Tags. Click it. Then there will be a bar

that you can type on. Write all the tags you want

I suggest about 10-15 tags. Don’t use the same on.

Also don’t use to many tags on the same subject. Otherwise

people might search it but then with all them the same,

when people search another thing then you’ll have

no tags there to match it. So use things famous

like Fred, XD, Funny, and other stuff, you will

be suprised how many more views you’ll get using

tags. also put a comma ( , ) after each one to seperate them.

otherwise if people search something like Fred, and you have

no comma between it and XD then they will have to search

Fred XD to find your blog. See how difficult it can turn out

with one wrong move? Now on to the next Subject:

ADVERTISING

Ok advertising, Easy it may seem? Wrong pretty much,

Why? Because there is a %60 chance you try to advertise

on famous blogs, I can see why, you think that everyone

will then see it. Once again WRONG. The really famous blogs,

have usually brains. And when I say brains I mean brains for

WordPress.com. They have things that will stop you commenting

without it being checked. Basically unless your REALLY good friends

with this person there is a %99.9 chance it won’t be approved.

So how to advertise? Well, Search on google, Advertise here pages.

Advertise there where there is a good chance people will notice.

Also Younger bloggers and people with less hits are also a target.

they see an advertisment as a good comment! Yes its what they

see it as. And they would love comments so there’s a good chance

your comment will get approved. Also keep coming back to that

blog and try to be good friends with them and then eventually

ask to be on their blogroll. If they ask how TELL THEM. Because

if you say “Well you should know” or “Search it” They may see this

as an insult and say “Well for that I will not add you” and thats

all that down the drain. So got that? Ready to move on?

CHAT BOXES

Well Chat boxes, Good idea really,

Why? It will let people chat to each other.

= Two people come online, meet, become

friends, Say lets meet tommorow, Come BACK to your

blog, go on chat box, Become friends on e.g. Youtube.

message each other to go on ‘the chat’. there is two more

views. and so on. They’ll meet more people. And so on.

See what I mean? So to create one the easiest way is go to

xat.com and create one. Get the link, And do a post about it.

Then make a page about it and give the link so people can visit

it without any hasstle. Next chapter time!!!!!

DOMAINS AND CUSTOM CSS

Well, Do you have any idea what a Domain is? Even a CSS?

well, a domain is e.g. clubpenguin.com the .com

part is what a domain is. To buy one go to the wp-admin

page and go into upgrades to buy one. I have to admit

there is a better chance to get more views with this.

Why? Well, thats a good question, Really it’s because

people know you are capable of doing that and think

you are experienced, and will come back. Ever notice

www.clubpenguingang.comhas ALOT of hits? Why?
Alot of those is because of the .com and because he

famous. Well, Now he is famous. Mostly it started off

like that.

On to CSS. have any idea what it means?

well I can’t think myself what it stands for but,

Basically it means you can do up your blog the way you want

it. It’ll attract alot more viewers. The might leave comments saying

“Wow, nice CSS!” and that makes you feel good. So it also gets

alot more hits. I can’t really explain why, I guess, it just does.

HEADERS

Headers, headers, headers… Wow, headers lol.

Headers are pictures on top of the blog that can

kind of give the person an idea of what your blog is

about without the need to read anything. E.G. our header

is “Davyxaddy’s awesome club penguin site” notice,

the person can see this and not need to read anything

and yet still knows the meaning of the blog, in this case,

Club Penguin. New chapter!

WIDGETS

Widgets, the things at the side of you blog,

that for example, the pages. so, you should use

a couple such as the “Hits” one. this is one of

the best widgets to have because it will let the viewers know

whether or not your blog is famous, and if they should leave a

comment. this is becuase sometimes people see themselves as

better the younger bloggers, So don’t leave a comment on their

blog. So this is why. If you only have a little, Maybe don’t bother.

People on the Internet can be cruel and will take advantage of every

chance to get you down.
